Quality Control and Testing Equipment

Neurtek manufactures and distributes equipment for quality control and research and development, with 45 years of experience and a presence in several countries. It sells specialized instruments for laboratory testing and quality control in fields such as paints and coatings, plastics and rubber, and environmental testing. The company has its own technical service department and laboratory.

Products and Applications

• Paints and coatings: DEFELSKO and LIST dry- and wet-film thickness gauges, including the noncontact COATMASTER; physical tests for hardness, adhesion, elasticity, and resistance; and coating inspections to ASTM standards and CIP certifications.
• Environmental testing: ACUTRONIC electrodynamic shakers for vibration, shock, and fatigue testing; WEISS Technik climate chambers for humidity, salt spray, thermal shock, cyclic corrosion, and vibration; ASCOTT Analytical corrosion chambers; VÖTSCH industrial ovens and furnaces; and SOLARBOX, UVBOX, and SunEvent chambers for accelerated aging and solar degradation.
• Color and gloss: portable, benchtop, and online spectrophotometers; light booths; Rhopoint gloss meters for gloss, orange peel, and DOI; and RAL, NCS, Pantone, and Munsell color charts. Neurtek is an authorized RAL distributor in Spain and Portugal.
• Plastics and rubber: durometers using Shore, IRHD, Asker, Barcol, Pusey & Jones, and KFZ vehicle-interior scales, with DKD-certified standards; VICAT/HDT equipment; specimen preparation with milling machines, die cutters, and Coesfeld cooling systems; and ASTM- and ISO-compliant impact testers, including Charpy, Izod, and instrumented pendulums.
• Environmental measuring instruments: equipment for temperature, humidity, and building materials.

Services

Neurtek Services provides technical support, ENAC-accredited calibration, service and maintenance contracts, and spare parts. The company also has an online store and publishes catalogs, news, and webinars.
