About FUNIBER

Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana (FUNIBER) is an international education, cultural, and scientific-technical cooperation organization established in Spain in 1997. It aims to expand access to higher education through scholarships and financial assistance, with the stated goal of reducing financial and geographic barriers for students.

University network and international reach

FUNIBER has six affiliated universities across three continents and collaboration agreements with more than 100 higher education institutions worldwide. The foundation operates in more than 35 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and describes itself as a university platform for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking communities.
