From collection concept to cut garment

Profesionales del Textil is a textile-services workshop in Dos Hermanas, Seville, serving fashion brands and companies. Its team of patternmakers, designers, and industrial cutters handles several stages of collection development, from the initial idea through cut-and-packed garments.

Services at each stage

The company organizes its work into three phases:

• Phase 1 — Concept: technical specification sheets, full or partial collection design, and accessory design.
• Phase 2 — Pattern development: digital base patterns, pattern alterations, digital industrial grading, and digitizing physical patterns.
• Phase 3 — Production: sample development, prototypes, digital marker making, plotting markers, cutting orders, industrial spreading and automated cutting, and garment packing.
