FastApp is a web application for managing shifts, schedules, rosters, time clocks, and tasks in real time. No additional software installation is required; users can access it through a browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, and other devices. Core functions

• Plan and assign tasks to specific work locations.
• Record unplanned incidents from schedules, rosters, and quality checks, and track how long they take to resolve.

SCOCS operating method

FastApp uses the SCOCS (Operational Control and Service Quality System) method to track four factors: where the service is delivered; when tasks are assigned to each location and how often; who is assigned to each job and their clock-in and clock-out times; and how supervisors verify that work is completed correctly.
