About Facturaz
Invoicing and tax management in one platform
Facturaz is an invoicing and tax-management platform for freelancers and limited-liability companies (SLs) operating in Spain. It combines invoicing compliant with the Spanish Tax Agency's Verifactu rules, expense tracking, tax calculations, and customer and project management in one workspace accessible from a computer or phone.
Core features
The software covers common business administration tasks: creating invoices with automatic numbering, generating PDFs, and emailing them; preparing professional estimates for electronic signature and converting them to invoices; and using a point-of-sale system for quick in-store sales. It also includes recurring invoices, customer management through a CRM, project time tracking, and bank synchronization to match payments with invoices.
The expense module can scan receipts with artificial intelligence, upload them in batches, categorize them automatically, and track deductions. The platform calculates quarterly tax forms 303, 130, 111, 115, and 349, as well as annual forms 390, 347, 180, 190, 200, and 202 for SLs, and sends deadline reminders. GestorIA, an assistant, answers questions in natural language about a business's tax or accounting situation.
Administrative services
Beyond the software, Facturaz offers filing services: registering as self-employed with the Spanish Tax Agency and Social Security; forming limited-liability companies, from name certification through the notary appointment; and obtaining a digital certificate remotely, with a stated turnaround of 24 hours. It also offers to handle quarterly tax filings: the customer approves the figures, and Facturaz files the forms with the Spanish Tax Agency for €49 plus VAT per quarter, with direct debit, an official receipt, and no long-term commitment. The platform says a quarter's filing can be requested through the 10th of January, April, July, or October.
Compliance and protections
Facturaz identifies itself as a Spanish Tax Agency Social Collaborator and a member of ASOCIAE. Filings are handled electronically through CIRCE, the government's one-stop administrative portal. Each invoice is signed and recorded under Verifactu rules from the first issuance. The platform has a basic-level declaration of compliance with Spain's National Security Framework (ENS).
Plans and pricing
The site lists a flexible monthly subscription with no contract or minimum term and cancellation in two clicks. Listed prices are €24 plus VAT per month for freelancers, €44 plus VAT per month for SLs, and €54 plus VAT per month for customers combining both types of activity. A second SL business receives a 30% discount, bringing the price to €30.80 plus VAT per month. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial of the full app; a card is required to start the trial, and billing begins only after it ends. The company says there are no hidden costs, per-invoice fees, or customer or invoice limits.
Who it serves
The platform is designed for freelancers and small businesses that want to manage invoicing and tax obligations without relying on an outside accountant, although it also offers a tax-filing service. Testimonials on the site mention smooth invoice creation, easy tax-form downloads, and GestorIA's usefulness in understanding business performance. The company says most users send their first invoice within five minutes.
