What Factura365 is

Factura365 is cloud invoicing software from Tecnofun Digital S.L. It creates standard, corrective and simplified invoices and estimates on phones and computers. In VERI*FACTU mode, billing records can be sent to Spain's Tax Agency, or AEAT, and invoices carry the required verification QR code. The provider describes the product as compliant; under AEAT rules, certification comes from the software producer through a responsible declaration rather than an AEAT product approval.

Regulatory timeline

The RRSIF invoicing-system requirements become mandatory January 1, 2027, for corporate-income-tax payers and July 1, 2027, for the other covered taxpayers, including many self-employed workers. Before those dates, VERI*FACTU submissions are in a testing or voluntary period. The separate business-to-business electronic invoicing rules follow their own implementation timetable.

Price and trial

The company advertises a 30-day trial without a credit card. During the trial, invoices are sent to the AEAT test environment and have no tax validity. Setup

Registration requires a name and email address. The application runs on Microsoft Power Apps, available for iOS, Android and computers. Users then configure the account before creating invoices and choosing the relevant operating mode.
