tres65 CLUB develops management software for sports clubs and stadiums. Its platform covers membership administration, access control, ticketing, and sports school programs, with real-time synchronization across devices and fraud protection.

Core features

• Memberships and season tickets: season renewals, membership cards, dues, and end-of-season record management, including reassignment of member numbers.
• Access control: unique ticket codes, online named credentials and invitations, and instant synchronization across fixed and portable gates to help prevent unauthorized entry.
• Ticketing: ticket sales with anti-counterfeit codes, seating-section assignments, and real-time sales data.
• Youth sports programs: administration of camps and activities, collection of dues through SEPA bank transfers, cash, or other methods, and installment payments for uniforms and other expenses.
• Seat reservations: reserving and blocking seats for media and guests, temporarily closing seats for maintenance, and relocating season-ticket holders.
• Digital credentials and invitations: email delivery before game day, with unique QR codes that can be shown on a phone without going to the ticket window.
• Real-time attendance statistics: attendance figures during games and charts for communications teams.

Plans and listed pricing

tres65 CLUB offers four plans with flat annual or monthly pricing, no fee per ticket issued, and no long-term commitment. Prices are per member, before applicable taxes:

• BASIC: €0.20 per member per month with annual payment, or €0.25 per member with monthly payment, for up to 400 members or records. Includes membership management and dues collection, renewals and membership-card printing, end-of-season processing, and youth program billing and bank transfers.
• ACCESS: €0.26 per member per month annually or €0.32 monthly, for up to 800 members or records. Adds synchronized access control, real-time statistics, barcode or QR membership cards, and two portable scanners.
• TICKET: €0.29 per member per month annually or €0.35 monthly, for up to 1,200 members or records. Adds unique anti-counterfeit tickets, mobile credentials and invitations, a ticket printer at no extra cost, and one additional scanner.
• STADIUM: Custom quote. Includes TICKET features plus interactive stadium seating management, special seat administration for boxes, media, and maintenance, visual relocation of season-ticket holders, and two additional scanners.

Plan terms and support

• No fee per ticket issued; tickets cost the club €0.
• No long-term contract.
• Clubs are not required to print membership cards through tres65 CLUB.
• Flat-rate pricing throughout the year.
• No charge to import a club's existing data.
• On-site demos and training, depending on location; free installation; financing options; free phone consultations seven days a week; and free software updates.
