Custom laser-engraved acrylic plaques

Acrylium is a laser-engraving studio that turns customer images into custom acrylic plaques. The process starts with a photo, drawing, or design supplied by the customer, which is converted to vector art and engraved with a CO₂ laser onto a clear 12 × 16 cm acrylic sheet. The company handles design, production, and hand finishing, and waits for the customer’s design approval before proceeding.

Products and prices

• Base Pack 3D: custom vector design, a 12 × 16 cm acrylic plaque, and a 3D-printed base. Price: €25.
• LED Base Pack: custom vector design, a 12 × 16 cm acrylic plaque, and a natural wood base with built-in USB-powered LED lighting. Price: €30.
• Premium: a one-of-a-kind custom piece with a choice of format, shape, and size, such as a silhouette, framed piece, or other design. Quoted by project.

Shipping is not included in the fixed-price packages. Promotional codes are accepted.

How the process works

The company describes five steps: receive the customer’s image; convert it to vector artwork to optimize engraving without losing detail; send the digital design for approval; laser-engrave the piece; and finish it, assemble the chosen base, and prepare it for shipping.
