About Coryd
Construction and renovations managed under one roof
Coryd is a construction, renovation, and decorating company that has been operating since 2004. It was founded to coordinate trades on construction and renovation projects so customers would not have to manage each contractor separately. The company works on homes, including apartments and detached houses, as well as commercial spaces, and supports projects from the initial stage through completion.
In-house trades and services
Coryd has its own trade teams, allowing it to handle different parts of a project without relying on outside contractors. Its trades include:
- Plumbing
- Gas and heating
- Masonry
- Drywall
- Carpentry
- Metalwork
- Ironwork
- Electrical work
- Painting
Decorating
Through Dekolan 2016, S.L., Coryd also provides decorating services for commercial spaces and homes. It designs and builds its own pieces, including wood furniture and wall coverings, bringing renovation and decorating together in one project.
