About QMCOMO Dénia
Family recipes, from rice pots to crisp croquettes
QMCOMO grew out of a family kitchen: owner Pepita’s recipes, passed down through three generations, anchor a takeout menu of rice dishes, fideuà (a noodle-based Spanish dish), meat, and fish from Dénia’s market. The main kitchen serves the kind of food built for bringing home, from seafood rice to slow-cooked meats, and also offers a rotating daily menu.
The brand’s croquette counter gives those recipes a more shareable form inside Els Magazinos, the food and cultural market in Dénia’s Baix la Mar neighborhood. The range runs from familiar ham, chicken, and fish to more unexpected flavors such as boletus and truffle, tiger mussel, Cabrales cheese, and spinach with pine nuts. Together, the takeout kitchen and market counter make QMCOMO useful for a planned meal at home or a casual bite while exploring the harbor-side quarter.
