At Churrasquería Rodeo in Costa Adeje, the meal revolves around a Brazilian rodizio tradition: servers move through the dining room with skewers of charcoal-grilled meat and carve portions at the table. Starters and side dishes round out the meal, which arrives in a succession of cuts and accompaniments.

Picanha is one of the signature cuts, alongside beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and house sausage. The drinks list adds caipirinhas, tropical cocktails, and wines from Tenerife and elsewhere in Spain. Rodeo also has a second dining room in La Esperanza, where the setting shifts north into the island’s pine country.
