New homes in central Conil

Terrazas de Conil is an Andalusian housing cooperative, Terrazas de Conil, S. Coop. And. (in formation), promoting a new residential development in central Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz. The cooperative is being formed and the project is in the planning stage.

The development

The plan includes 35 homes with one, two, or three bedrooms, large terraces, parking spaces, storage rooms, and commercial units. The development is about 400 meters from the beach and Atalaya Park, within Conil’s town center.

Home options and customization

Co-op members can customize finishes and the home layout, and choose optional services and add-ons. The website offers a sales brochure and an enrollment form describing the terms for joining the cooperative.

Member contributions and safeguards

The cooperative says it will secure members’ payments as required by law by requesting the appropriate guarantee or insurance from a financial institution or insurer. The website states that it is an invitation to join the cooperative’s construction venture, not an offer to sell homes.
