Ordering and shipping

• No minimum order: independent hotels and chains can order any quantity.
• The per-unit price stays the same regardless of order size; volume discounts apply above specified quantities, which vary by category.
• B2B invoicing is available, including exemption from Spanish VAT for customers with a valid intra-community VAT number.
• Shipping is free within mainland Spain on orders over €75 plus VAT, and in the rest of the European Union on orders over €150 plus VAT. Below those amounts, shipping is calculated by dimensional weight.
• Delivery takes 48–72 hours within mainland Spain; delivery to the rest of the EU is scheduled according to destination.
• Shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, Switzerland, the Azores, and Mediterranean islands are quoted separately.
• Recurring orders can be replenished on a schedule, and samples may be requested with a first order.
