Ingrid Lázaro is an integrative dietitian and psychologist specializing in psychonutrition. She leads a team that addresses psychological and nutrition concerns together through online appointments. Training and credentials

Ingrid Lázaro has a higher vocational diploma in dietetics and a psychology degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She is registered with the Official College of Psychology of Catalonia (no. 27094), certified in Mindfulness and Mindful Eating, and an EMDR therapist through EMDR Spain. Her additional training includes general health psychology (master’s program in progress), MBSR, and EMDR specializations related to eating disorders, trauma, attachment, and dissociation.

Online appointments and payment

Sessions take place online through video platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. New clients are asked to email an explanation of their situation and needs. The practice also offers a free 15-minute introductory session by Zoom or phone. Payment is made through the website’s online store by bank card using Stripe.

Cancellation policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice without a justified reason, missed appointments, or delays of more than 15 minutes are charged in full. Standard sessions last 50 minutes.
