The company has offices in Spain, Portugal, and Germany. It has also distributed the canine leishmaniasis vaccine LetiFend® in France, Italy, and Greece, and plans to begin distribution in the United Kingdom.

Partnerships and industry involvement

Laboratorios LETI and MSD Animal Health began jointly distributing the canine leishmaniasis vaccine LetiFend® in 2018. LETI is also a founding sponsor of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and has participated in its annual congress.
