Brown Advance, S.A. manufactures power-transmission solutions and has more than 60 years of experience developing speed reducers. Its catalog combines reducers and electric motors for industrial applications. The company describes itself as an established national and international brand in the field.

Products

• Aluminum and cast-iron reducers: worm gear (BWQ/BPQ), mechanical variable-speed drive (BV), pre-stage reduction (BH), right-angle (MK), and inline coaxial (MR) models.
• Stainless-steel and corrosion-resistant line: stainless-steel reducer (BVF), corrosion-resistant aluminum reducer (BSW), IP69K stainless-steel motor (BRS), and IP69K corrosion-resistant aluminum motor (BRA).
• Electric motors: aluminum motors up to 11 kW and cast-iron motors from 11 kW (BRD), in IE1, IE2, and IE3 versions.
• Solar Line: BWS050 actuator and NB303 planetary reducer.

The hygienic BVF–BSW range is designed for food and pharmaceutical applications. Cast-iron right-angle and coaxial reducers are intended for demanding industrial environments.

Manufacturing and quality control

Brown Advance has its own assembly centers, where reducers undergo quality checks and operational testing. This allows the company to oversee the entire process and respond to individual customer requirements.
