History and Certifications

Founded in 1986, Voronet reports 40 years of experience. It became a supplier to SEAT in 1999, moved to Cerdanyola and earned its first ISO/TS 16949 certification in 2000, and began supplying Ficosa Internacional in 2003. In 2005, it expanded its facilities to 3,000 square meters and joined AFERA. It established Voronet North America in 2015, earned its first aerospace-sector certification in 2016, launched its medical division Voromed in 2018, and created Vorotech in 2020. The company has also implemented a photovoltaic installation project and holds quality and environmental certifications.

Leadership

Voronet is led by Eduard Papell, CEO and business development director, and John Teuthof, general manager and operations director, who also oversees quality and sustainability.
