The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services, and Navigation of Castellón supports businesses and entrepreneurs across Castellón province. Its work covers employment, training, international expansion, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, sustainability, and tourism.

• Employment: job listings, hiring programs including Talento Joven and Talento 45+, candidate selection and assessment, online recruiting, and an employment agency.
• Training: open courses, customized company training, free courses for young people, Oxford test-center services, FUNDAE subsidy management, and classroom and venue rental.
• International business: certificates of origin, grants, information and advice, advanced consulting, events and classes, conferences, trade missions, and international debt recovery.
• Entrepreneurship: company formation and launch, the Vila-real business incubator, Spain Emprende, and the EMPRENDEDORAS program.
• Competitiveness: retail, sustainability and innovation, digital transformation, tourism, and programs such as Pyme Digital, Pyme Innova, the Acelera Pyme Office, Pyme Cibersegura, and commercial innovation and sustainability plans.

Programs and events

The Chamber runs Enactio business club, IGNITE Congress, Chamber Awards, the Castellón SME of the Year award, Invest in Castellón, Xpande Digital, Xpande Promotion, the Business Consolidation Program, RE-ACTÍVATE, entrepreneurship training, support for Dual Vocational Training tutors at small businesses, and events and webinars on digitalization, sustainability, international trade, and tourism.
