Founding partner

The firm is led by its founding partner, a law graduate of CEU San Pablo’s Center for Legal Studies in Valencia who also earned a master’s degree in business administration and management from the same institution. His practice has focused on economic and business law, particularly commercial and tax matters. He currently combines private practice with service as a full member of the Municipal Tax and Administrative Appeals Tribunal of Castellón de la Plana. He regularly contributes to Cope, SER, Onda Cero, Castellón Información, and TV Castelló and writes the abogadodeguardia.com blog. He has also taught New Forms of Financing in the Legal Practice master’s program at Jaume I University.
