Piscify

Online tickets for municipal pools

Piscify is an online ticketing platform for municipal swimming pools. On its website, customers can choose a discounted or regular ticket, select a category, date, and time slot, enter personal information (name, email, and Spanish national ID number), and pay by card or Bizum. Tickets can be purchased up to 24 hours in advance, and a QR code is issued as the admission pass.

How the platform works

• Online ticket sales for municipal pools.
• Choose a discounted ticket, available to residents of the relevant municipality, or a regular ticket.
• Select a category, date, and time slot.
• Pay by card or Bizum.
• Receive a QR code for admission.
• Manage facility access policies and conditions.

The platform acts as an intermediary selling tickets for facilities owned by city governments and other operators. One example is the municipal pool in Carbajosa de la Sagrada, where the city government's Department of Culture and Sports offers tickets through Piscify.
