Cherrymole is a line of ready-to-eat products created by Cooperativa La Palma, a farmers' cooperative based in Carchuna, Granada. The line puts the flavors of the small vegetables its members grow into gazpachos and vegetable soups made with ingredients it describes as 100% natural.

Preparation and packaging

The products are prepared using a traditional hot-water-bath preserving method and pasteurization that, according to the company, gives them a shelf life of up to two years. Their glass containers are fully recyclable and reusable.
