Gastronomy

The restaurant U Vicenç is the first opening of chef Santi Taura in the northern part of the island. Taura was awarded in 2020 with a Michelin star and two Repsol Suns at the restaurant DINS Santi Taura. The U Vicenç menu is a menu that combines local and international ingredients and classic recipes reinterpreted from his point of view.

The hotel also has the bistro restaurant U Mayol, located on the ground floor and on the seafront, with a menu based on the Mediterranean produce.
