Artisan preserves from Navarra
Anko Conservas Artesanas is a family business in Cadreita, in Navarra's Ribera region, making artisan vegetable preserves. Benito Prat and Carmen Preciado founded it in 1959. Since 1988, the company has operated as Anko, S.L., managed by the founders' children.
It uses produce from Navarra's farms and makes its preserves without added preservatives, colors, or flavorings. It has had a dedicated range of organic products since 2002.

Facilities
In 2017, Anko moved production from the center of town to new 18,000-square-meter premises in the Las Navas industrial park. The move allowed it to expand product development and reach markets it could not previously serve.
