Charcutería Rocha's is a Cádiz shop selling cured ham, cold cuts, cheeses, and other gourmet foods. With more than 20 years in the business, it serves individual customers as well as hospitality and restaurant professionals. Its retail counter is stall 2 at Mercado de La Paz in Cádiz.

Products and specialties

The selection includes a wide range of products:

• Cured ham: Iberian grain-fed, acorn-fed, reserva, and roasted ham. The shop specializes in hand-carving, deboning, slicing, and vacuum packaging ham.
• Cold cuts: salchichón, chorizo, pork loin, turkey, cooked ham, and more, with vacuum packaging available.
• Cheese: more than 70 Spanish and international varieties, including Payoyo, beer- and truffle-flavored cheeses, Manchego with a designation of origin, and Idiazabal.
• Olive oil and preserves: extra-virgin olive oil in several sizes, including five-liter containers, plus tuna, ventresca, white beans, chickpeas, green beans, mackerel, asparagus, anchovies, tuna loins, mussels, and pickled mussels.
• Handmade empanadas: ham and cheese, tuna, carbonara, and barbecue chicken; available to order.
• Wine and spirits: red, white, rosé, dry, and fruit-forward wines, as well as orujo and cream liqueurs.
• Gourmet pâtés: scorpionfish, venison, blood sausage, pheasant, wild boar, anchovy, and smoked tuna.
• Artisan jams
• Gazpacho and salmorejo
• Wild bluefin tuna: the shop sells Gadira-branded loins from the almadraba tuna fisheries of Conil, Zahara de los Atunes, and Tarifa, with a traceability certificate.

Services

Charcutería Rocha's delivers in Cádiz on purchases over €30 and ships nationwide. It also hand-carves and debones ham and vacuum-packs ham and cold cuts. Handmade empanadas can be ordered.
