About Proyectos Técnicos Sostenibles
A multidisciplinary technical cooperative
Proyectos Técnicos Sostenibles is a cooperative established in 2018, with its main office in Cáceres and an office in Madrid. Its architects, engineers, and environmental specialists have 15 to 20 years of professional experience. The cooperative works across several technical fields and has added a business line applying artificial intelligence to technical processes.
Architecture, engineering, and environmental work
- Buildings and urban planning: Building and urban-planning projects, permits, design and construction oversight, quality control, building inspections and assessments, energy efficiency, and health and safety.
- Expert assessments: Court-related assessments and reports on building defects, workmanship issues, and damage, including party-appointed and court reports and testimony in court.
- Property valuation: Appraisals of homes, commercial spaces, industrial buildings, and rural land for estates, legal proceedings, sales, and accounting.
- Public procurement: Bid opportunities, review of tender documents, compliance matrices, and technical proposals.
- Natural resources: Forest management, wildfire prevention, water infrastructure and irrigation, environmental-impact assessments, and restoration.
- Artificial intelligence: Document analysis and workflow automation, including automated reading of tenders and case files, source-linked regulatory research, data extraction, and internal knowledge management.
LuzIA and technical-office automation
The cooperative has developed an AI-based service to automate technical-office work that its team has carried out manually for years. Its LuzIA system is installed on a client’s own network, learns from that organization’s documents, and is designed to keep data from being sent outside the organization. It is developed and sold by UnoMásEnLaOficina, the cooperative’s line for technical offices at construction companies, and can be deployed on-site or in the cloud.
Clients and experience
Past clients include the regional governments of Extremadura and Andalusia, the Badajoz Provincial Council, INIA, Spain’s Ministry of Justice, several local governments in Extremadura and Cádiz, and companies including Sorigué, Tecnigral, and Agresta.
Technology partners
- Bitdefender: Cybersecurity, including endpoint protection, hardening, monitoring, and data protection.
- Mecanorba Cáceres: An authorized Apple reseller supplying infrastructure and secure storage.
The cooperative’s main office is in Cáceres, with additional coverage through its Madrid office and regular collaborators in Cádiz, Málaga, Murcia, and Tangier.
