CC Soft develops CONTAEXPRESS, general accounting and business-management software for small and midsize businesses. The product has been on the market for more than 25 years and is available for macOS and Windows.

Products

CONTAEXPRESS comes in three editions, which can be purchased separately or used together:

• General Accounting (C edition): automates a company's general accounting, with separate customer and supplier records. It includes financial and budget accounting, cost accounting, fixed-asset management, portfolio management, SEPA payment batches, statutory ledgers, and reports.
• VERI*FACTU Business Management (F edition): for businesses that already handle their accounting in-house or through an outside provider but need to manage inventory, product or service categories and pricing, stock movements, orders, delivery notes, invoices, estimates, SEPA payment batches, and receipts.
• Accounting + VERI*FACTU Management (Plus edition): an integrated program linking both modules. It automates the flow of business documents through invoice posting, payment collection, and updates to accounting and tax records.

Technical features

The software runs natively on macOS and Windows, including mixed local networks, and its data files are fully binary-compatible between the two systems without conversion. Features include VERI*FACTU tax and invoicing management, electronic invoicing, automatic SEPA bank batches for collections and payments, a built-in email manager, PDF and Factura-e document generation, customizable reports exportable to Excel, and an SQL query manager.

License and support

The software is sold for a one-time payment with no required subscription fees. The purchase includes technical support and free updates for 12 months from the purchase date, as well as a full-refund guarantee if the product does not meet the buyer's expectations.
