In Movement is a consultancy that supports organizations through digital, cultural, and organizational transformation and the implementation of business strategy. Its approach combines people, processes, and systems with financial and economic analysis. It works with executive boards, talent-management teams, and team leaders.

Services

• Black Box: An assessment based on seven indices that measures a company’s pace of evolution and development potential, with an accompanying action plan. Variations include BB Due Diligence (assessment for an acquisition), BB Value (valuation of intangible assets for a sale), BB M&A (culture integration), and BB Successful Execution.
• Activation: Sessions to align, energize, and organize actions around business goals and change.
• Directed Actions: Specific technology, digital, and process initiatives that turn ideas into reality.
• In Movement Total: A complete transformation combining Black Box, Activation, and Directed Actions.

Training

The company also offers leadership and team-development training. Programs include “Leading and Being Led,” “Power Index,” based on the DPI framework for examining how leaders use power and creating an individualized development plan, and “Global Coaching,” which is now offered online through an agreement with Global Coaching Institute after several editions in Barcelona. The firm has also partnered with CADE Projectes to offer online training on “Keys to Leading the Industry 4.0 Transformation.”

Team

The team is led by Enric Arola Pérez, an organizational-change leader with more than 20 years of experience as an executive and external consultant. He is joined by Judit Miret Gual, who specializes in organizational change and conflict facilitation; Conxi Pérez Andreu, a specialist in information technology and transformation projects; and Alberto Rossi Pucci, with a broad financial and economic perspective and international experience helping companies establish and expand from Andorra.
