Specialization and experience

The firm is led by Ignacio Tornos, an industrial engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management professional. With more than 20 years of experience, he has led in-person and online consulting projects in pharmaceuticals, health, primary care, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, food, aerospace, insurance, and finance. He studied the Toyota Production System in Japan with senseis Iwata and Nakao and worked with Shingijutsu for several years.
