Expresión Entrenamiento Integral is a training and consulting center focused on personal and professional development within organizations. Its main work is training in management skills and coaching based on systemic leadership, for both companies and the professionals who work in them.

Method and approach

The company uses what it calls a “systemic perspective,” a technique for solving problems with a broad view and in a concise way. It aims to influence the organization as a system and build a sense of belonging, responsibility, and commitment among its members. In its training, it uses performing-arts resources such as theater, applied to leadership and communication.

Courses are organized around three dimensions—me, you, and us—so participants can learn the skills associated with each dimension separately and then bring them together. The workshops are experiential and aim to accelerate learning through active collaboration.

Training funding
