Populux is a Spanish consultancy focused on active human capital. It works with organizations to improve productivity and retain talent. Its approach combines team organization, a better work environment, and leadership development through a personalized, systematic method. Meritxell leads the firm and personally teaches its programs and sessions.

Services

• Training: Programs including “From Group to Team,” “Operational Leadership,” and “Motivating Sales Teams.”
• From Group to Team program: Designed for team leaders, it includes a customized workbook and individual support and development sessions with each participant.
• Operational Leadership program: Individual work to support professional growth and organize a business or department through a leadership lens.

Services are available throughout Spain and can be delivered in a blended format, part in person and part online, if needed. Training may be eligible for funding through FUNDAE.
