Instituto Liderazgo Positivo (ILP) is a coaching and training project focused on personal and professional development, with an emphasis on conscious, positive, and human-centered leadership. The institute is led by five women with professional experience in different fields, who contribute to its programs and training.

Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Change

Its services include personal and executive coaching, leadership training, emotional-intelligence programs for women entrepreneurs and teams, change-management training, team development, and support for organizations. The institute also offers an online learning campus.

ILP describes self-leadership and personal transformation as the foundation of its approach. Its materials include a guide called Lidera tu vida y tu empresa de manera positiva (“Lead Your Life and Business Positively”) and a set of “Keys to Positive Leadership” focused on leadership strategy and a resonant leadership style.
