Gdoo specializes in implementing and customizing Odoo Community, an open-source business management platform. Its modular offer covers CRM and sales, workflow and project management, electronic invoicing, virtual offices and productivity, business intelligence and analytics.

Solutions and modules

• Customer management (CRM and ERP): Odoo Community with a sales module, call, meeting and email tracking, real-time reports, automation and shared calendars. Listed project range: €2,000–€2,500, plus €60 per configuration hour.
• Process management: Odoo Community with Services and MRP modules for team organization, project planning, time tracking and reporting. Listed range: €500–€6,000, plus €60 per configuration hour.
• Electronic invoicing: invoicing and sales modules, recurring billing, bank synchronization, payment reminders and financial reports. Listed range: €500–€1,000, plus €60 per configuration hour.
• Virtual offices and productivity: Odoo Community with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace to digitize documents and workflows. Listed range: €500–€6,000, plus €60 per configuration hour.
• Analytics and business intelligence: dashboards using Google Data Studio and Metricool, PDF and CSV exports, marketing-channel statistics and connections to other databases. Listed range: €500–€6,000, plus €60 per configuration hour.

Subscription plans

• Start: 1–5 users, listed at €50 per month. Includes cloud installation and modules for CRM, projects, invoicing, HR, time tracking, websites and e-commerce, marketing and internal communication.
• Advanced: 1–30 users, listed at €100 per month, with the same included modules as Start.
• Premium: 1–50 users, listed at €150 per month, with the same included modules as the previous plans.

The published terms offered a 10% discount on annual plans and two complimentary training hours with semiannual payments. Prices and inclusions are a snapshot and may change.

Beyond standard plans, Gdoo says it adapts Odoo modules to each company's needs through personalized consulting.
