Fundación Confemetal provides business training and has operated since 1985. It focuses on designing and managing training programs for large companies to build employee skills. The foundation reports more than 21,000 training activities, 399,000 participating workers, and 750 other projects.

• Training subsidies: end-to-end administration of training reimbursements, with coverage and guarantees.
• Equality plans: advice for companies with more than 49 employees, which are required to have a plan.

• Dual training: support for alternating work-and-training contracts when employers need to bring on new staff.

Courses and professional development

The foundation offers subsidized training and a catalog of professional courses. Featured titles include Financial Dashboards: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (€100), Microsoft Planner: Agile Team Task Planning (€75), Motivation and Satisfaction in Organizations (€250), and Mindfulness (€165).

Technical publishing

Fundación Confemetal has a publishing imprint for technical manuals. Its catalog covers human resources, IT and technology, legal and employment topics, quality and the environment, marketing and sales, and management skills.
