Technology adoption and digital transformation

Por las nubes is a technology consulting project founded in 2019 by Jorge González. It helps businesses adopt innovative technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and mobility as part of their digital transformation. The project grew out of its founder’s decade of work in cloud computing, with the goal of creating a Spanish-language space for projects, news, and ideas about adopting these technologies.

Services and approach

The company advises businesses interested in applying innovative solutions to their operations. Its method is to listen to each client’s needs and propose a tailored action plan. Its stated capabilities include product management, leadership, Design Thinking, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Lean Startup, and cloud service management.

Founder’s experience

Jorge González’s experience includes roles as marketing manager at an e-commerce technology consultancy; advisor to CEOs on international expansion and portfolio diversification; brand manager for security products at WatchGuard; product manager for IBM Cloud Managed Orchestration Services (CMOS); and social business leader for IBM IT Services in Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Israel. He has also taught innovation for ICEX, mentored artificial intelligence at IE TechLab and cybersecurity for INCIBE, and coached startups at Unreasonable Labs and IBM’s new-talent program. His work has spanned Spain, Latin America, Australia, and the United States.
