A network for social intervention in Bizkaia

Gizardatz is the Association of Social Initiative and Intervention Organizations of Bizkaia. It brings together 39 social-sector organizations, including associations, foundations, and cooperatives, which collectively represent more than 2,000 professionals in social intervention, such as educators, social workers, and social integration specialists.

Representation and services

The organization represents Bizkaia’s social sector in the field of social intervention. Its work includes shaping the conditions in which the sector operates through legislative frameworks, service-delivery models, and funding systems. It also offers public-interest resources and services focused on social protection and inclusion.

Collaboration

Gizardatz shares space with other business associations and is part of the network associated with Bizkaia’s Sixth Social Intervention Collective Agreement.
