Feminist consulting for social organizations

Kalidadea is a feminist consulting network that works to strengthen social-sector and international-development organizations. Its work centers on training, organizational support, evaluation, and applied research, using participatory methods to build organizational autonomy and support continuous improvement.

The company began operating in 1999 and was formally established in 2008. Since 2012, it has expanded its network to include specialist consultants, primarily in Latin America. In 2024, it marked 25 years of work, during which it had supported more than 120 organizations in 20 countries.

Approach and areas of focus

The firm describes itself as feminist and independent, with a particular emphasis on human rights and women’s rights. Its areas of expertise include impact evaluation, Theory of Change, gender- and human-rights-based project planning and design, and documenting lessons from development projects.

Training and publications
