• Accounting advice: management of company accounting.
• Employment advice: administration of employees and matters arising from employment relationships.
• Digital services: implementation of digital processes in administrative operations in line with current regulations.
• Ticket BAI: guidance on the income-control project run by the three Basque provincial tax authorities.
• Financial audits: mandatory and voluntary audits, grant audits, expert reports, business and intangible asset valuations, and due diligence. The firm is registered with Spain's Official Register of Auditors (ROAC).
• Consulting: support during company formation, growth, diversification, and closure.
• Legal services: advice on tax, commercial, employment, civil, and administrative law.
