Scouting and youth education in Bellpuig

Agrupament Escolta i Guia Ramon Folch is a leisure-time educational organization based in Bellpuig. It uses scouting and guiding methods, with age-based groups ranging from castors and llops to pioneers, caravel·les, and the Truc branch for older youth.

Camps and group activities

The group organizes summer camps at different locations in the Països Catalans. In summer 2011, its base camp was in Senterada, with castors, llops, daines, ràngers, and guides taking part. The pioneers and caravel·les traveled by sea to Menorca to explore the island. Meanwhile, the Truc group stayed at the Bellpuig meeting place, or cau, to work on renovating the space.

Projects and community life

The group also takes part in Bellpuig's Festa Major by organizing traditional games. Its cau serves as a place for projects and activities focused on experiential learning, personal growth, and cooperation. The organization has a YouTube channel and a Facebook page under the name “Cau Bellpuig.”
