Customer service hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 3:00–6:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. In July and August, hours are 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Design Awards and Warranty

The company has received design awards, including a 2024 Good Design Award for the BT Mozart and a 2024 iF Design Award for the Gen9 base. Posiflex products come with a three-year warranty, excluding replacement parts.
