What Coliving Students is

Coliving Students rents rooms in shared Barcelona flats to students and young people moving to the city. Its buildings are placed in central or well-connected districts, and the company presents energy efficiency, sustainability and community life as part of the experience.

Locations and prices

The company lists accommodation in six parts of Barcelona. These were the published monthly starting prices, although every property was marked fully booked:

• La Catedral: from €600
• Gràcia Nova: from €435
• Gràcia–Eixample: from €545
• Plaça Reial: from €495
• El Palau: from €468
• Passeig Maragall: from €520

Services and atmosphere

Buildings use virtual-key access and CCTV, with staff visiting regularly and getting to know residents, according to the company. Coliving Students also puts emphasis on introducing tenants to one another and creating an environment suited to study and work.
