LSS Nexus is a training and certification center specializing in process improvement methods: Lean, Six Sigma, and QRM. It is part of Grupo Tobalina Consulting, a Spanish company that provides consulting and training in organizational and process improvement.

The company offers courses at different levels in both Lean and Lean Six Sigma, along with specialized workshops and the option to earn a certification without taking the full course.

Accreditation and approach

LSS Nexus is accredited by the CSSC (Council for Six Sigma Certification). Its program content aligns with the certification bodies of knowledge of IASSC and ASQ, as well as ISO 13053. The company says its courses draw on the hands-on experience of more than 40 consultants, over 1,000 implementation projects, and more than 350 clients. Course prices include the certificates.

Learning formats

Training is delivered online through a virtual campus, and prospective students can request a demo. In-person workshops are also available.
