The Palau-solità i Plegamans facility handles spare-parts logistics and distribution. It also houses the technical service team’s electronics and mechanical workshop, along with a demonstration room.

A Company Founded in 1876

Blas Aguilar Amat founded the business in 1876 as Blas Aguilar, selling textile accessories. After the founder’s death in 1923, the company took the name Luciano Aguilar. In 1929, it moved its office to 279 Mallorca Street in Barcelona, where the company remains headquartered. As Spain’s market opened in 1962, it resumed representing foreign machinery manufacturers and launched packaging and food divisions. Luciano Aguilar S.A. was incorporated in 1970. In 1986, the Government of Catalonia recognized it as a century-old company. The Blas Aguilar holding group and Family Council were established in 1998, followed by Aguilar & Pineda Asociados in 2007. That same year, Luciano Aguilar focused its business on food, packaging, and graphic arts.
