Arditex S.A., whose full legal name is Artesanía y Diseño Textil S.A., is a Spanish company founded in 1970. It manufactures, distributes, and wholesales officially licensed products and gifts. Its work spans concept development, design, sourcing, logistics, and sales, with distribution to more than 20 countries.

The company focuses on products for children and young adults and manages a portfolio of more than 30 licenses, including Disney, Marvel, DC Comics, Dragon Ball, Pixar, Warner Bros., Nickelodeon, Paramount, Viacom, Fisher-Price, Mattel, Hasbro, Pinkfong, Real Madrid, Universal Pictures, E-One, Toei Animation, and Sanrio. It also has its own brand, Zaska, featuring original designs.

The catalog is organized into four main categories:

• Textiles and accessories: umbrellas, raincoats and ponchos, hats, gloves and scarves, rain boots, caps, footwear, beach towels, fashion bags, sneakers, back-to-school bags, PVC aprons, beach and shopping bags, and hair accessories.
• Home: wood and metal furniture, organizers, fleece blankets, cushions, covered hot-water bottles, lighting, foam floor mats, and portable beds.
• Outdoor: outdoor furniture and seating, stackable polypropylene furniture, car accessories, insulated and sports bags, and beach accessories.
• Seasonal: Christmas items and seasonal collections.

Locations and distribution

Headquarters and the showroom are in Barcelona. The company also has facilities in Madrid and Girona, where it operates two in-house logistics warehouses totaling 2,600 square meters. Arditex serves organized and independent distribution channels through its own sales network.
