A nonprofit cooperative promoting resident-managed housing under a collective ownership and use-right model, with affordable, stable homes and democratic participation.
About Sostre Cívic
A cooperative path to stable housing
Sostre Cívic is a nonprofit cooperative promoting an alternative way to access housing: cooperative housing with a right-to-use model. The property is collectively owned, and members live in their homes long term at affordable prices, without speculation, while taking part in democratic management. The cooperative presents this model as an alternative to buying or renting through traditional arrangements.
