Fotoprix Barcelona Meridiana

In a city where most photographs begin on a phone, Fotoprix Meridiana offers a different next step: turning digital files into prints to hold, give as gifts, or hang at home. The store is part of a photo-services brand with decades in Spain, but the local experience is best understood through its in-store services: printing, ID photos, enlargements, and custom products featuring personal pictures.

The Meridiana location belongs to a broad network, rather than standing on its own. Fotoprix lists 38 stores in Barcelona province, including locations in areas such as Gràcia, Poblenou, Les Corts, Badalona, and L’Hospitalet. That coverage gives customers more than one pickup option, though the specific store matters because services and turnaround times may vary. At Meridiana, the company lists photo printing, passport and ID pictures, enlargements, and photo-based decor and gifts.

The practical appeal is pairing an online order with in-person pickup. The website lets customers design photo books, prints, and other products from a phone or computer; some stores offer quick pickup, and the company advertises a one-hour service for certain orders and locations. Don’t assume every item or size will be ready on that timeline: check the store and service availability when placing the order. For ID photos, in-person help can also answer questions about the requested format.

Fotoprix has expanded beyond traditional photo printing into photo books, home decor, and personalized gifts while continuing to offer paper prints. That range can cover an immediate need, such as a picture for an application, as well as keepsakes from a trip or celebration. Meridiana is especially convenient for people who live or travel in northeastern Barcelona and want to avoid relying solely on home delivery. Before heading out, check the store’s hours and confirm whether the selected product is printed there or picked up after production elsewhere.
