About Punt de Referència
A bridge to adulthood
Punt de Referència is a civil-society association that supports young people without a family network as they transition to adulthood, with particular attention to those who have been in care or are leaving the child protection system. It works across the region and is based in Barcelona.
Programs and services
The association organizes its work around three main areas:
- Mentoring: Individual support for young people.
- Housing: Help finding and maintaining a home.
- Support and participation: Opportunities to meet and take action together.
