Education, culture, and social services

Incoop is a nonprofit worker and consumer cooperative with more than 30 years of experience. It develops and manages educational, cultural, and social projects and services, advising and supporting organizations, groups, and individuals.

Services and lines of work

The cooperative's work is organized around five complementary areas:

• Public and private contract opportunities
• Projects developed through EspaiTRES, its ideas and innovation lab
• Advising for groups, organizations, and individuals
• Employment administration and recruiting for organizations
• L'Agència: lodging, transportation, merchandise, and event and activity management

Experience and scale

The cooperative serves more than 214,000 people a year and has a workforce of more than 450. Its managed programs and facilities include:

• 21 early-childhood education centers
• One adult day center and 10 senior centers
• 28 educational recreation programs
• 10 cultural and civic facilities
• 14 school-based education and guidance services
• Eight mediation teams with more than 20 professionals

Certifications and recognition

Incoop is audited under ISO 9001:2015 and undergoes accounting and Social Balance audits through XES. It is exempt from VAT as an accredited social-service organization for activities serving children and young people.
