Anem per feina is a Barcelona-based organization focused on social and employment inclusion. It describes itself as a nonprofit providing employment placement services to businesses and, especially, families. Its work has two tracks: household staff and employees for businesses.

Its approach involves coordinating with other services for referrals and follow-up, tailoring each employment pathway to the individual, developing realistic and sustainable job proposals, and providing one-on-one placement support and guidance to employers.
