Employment support with a social focus

Insercoop is a social-purpose cooperative founded in Barcelona in 1997 by professionals from different fields. It designs and delivers services to improve employment opportunities and social and educational policy. Much of its work supports people facing significant barriers to employment, while it also provides technical assistance to organizations and public programs.

• Training: Short courses that fit alongside an active job search and help participants build practical skills.
• Private career guidance: Individual employment counseling through its private career-guidance service.

Programs across Catalonia

Insercoop manages or takes part in a broad range of programs, including Servei ROL, Làbora, Regular-ment, Diversity and Business, Incorpora, Incorpora Jove, Punts de Defensa dels Drets Laborals, Dones Mentores, Reincorpora, Més Feina, job-search centers, SINGULARS de Garantia Juvenil, XARSE, SAP, online-procedure assistance, EIXAM, ÒMNIA, Recull, and PFI-Punt de Formació Incorpora. The Mais 2026–27 program offers internships to young people in Catalonia who receive support through the Youth Guarantee initiative; Orienta 2025–26 provides employment guidance.

Recent work and transparency

In June 2026, Insercoop took on management of OFL-SAIER, a service that supports migrants. In February 2026, it introduced a support method for professional teams. The cooperative also publishes its certifications, financial and activity reports, equality plan, protocols, and social-impact statement. It received European Regional Development Fund support and assistance through the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce's XPANDE DIGITAL program for an international digital-marketing plan launched in 2020.
