About Trinijove

Fundació Privada Trinijove is a nonprofit that began operating in 1985 in education and employment services. It works to address social exclusion through innovative programs and business services that create jobs for people facing barriers to employment.

Areas of work

• Children and families: Educational, social, and emotional programs for children and families, including Caixa Proinfància, Centre Obert, and SOAF.
• Vocational training: Job-training courses, including UEC, a basic vocational program in mechanical manufacturing (PFI), waste management, and training for entrepreneurs.
• Job placement: Programs such as Incorpora, Làbora, Autoocupació, and Ecoempleo to help people enter the workforce.
• Social enterprise: Trinijove, Empresa de Inserción, S.L. provides waste management, gardening, construction and rehabilitation, cleaning, concierge and access-control, computer maintenance, and upcycling services.
• Special Employment Center (CET): Job opportunities for people with disabilities in environmental and gardening work.
• Ràdio Trinijove: A community radio station at 91.6 FM that promotes social inclusion in the Trinitat Vella neighborhood and across Barcelona.
• Other social projects: Centre d'Art Social, European projects, and local, national, and international partnerships.

Services for businesses

Through its social enterprise, the foundation provides professional services in waste management, gardening, construction and rehabilitation, cleaning, concierge and access control, computer maintenance, and upcycling. These services receive support from the Government of Catalonia's Department of Business and Labor and funding from the European Social Fund.
